Not sure if it's the camera angle, but your arms appear to be too wide. Try to get them in a bit closer before pulling and work on your recovery. I can't see it, but it looks like your arms might be coming out too much. |

Your body position and timing look fine. Dependent on what you are looking to do underwater I'd say you need to tighten up the kick off the wall, smaller, faster, less hand movement, so keeping everything in a straighter line. The stroke looks ok although a 'head on' camera angle from in front and behind might highlight other things. One point, when you kicked off the wall on your side you appeared to do a 1 arm pull on breakout, was that deliberate or should you have been 'on your breast' as you broke out? |

Hi lilnemo. got to agree with GW.i did notice your catch could be a little sooner and your release a little later.i also think your hand/arm,head movement could be controlled a little better(not so much movement),hope all this helps? |

@ Jeff & GW Yes, the dolphin kicks are very tricky to get right, I agree I think a tighter line would be better. For that second length, we were doing exaggerated dolphin kicks, got disoriented and came up funny. Does it seem like my head is looking to much forward after I breathe and it's fallen back in the water? Should it be looking straight down? |

Difficult to tell from the camera angle. Again, head on might give a better indication. Just think about leading with the top of your head all the time and not driving it too deep on entry is what I tell my swimmers. I do think that if it were too high your legs would be lower in the water and, as I said earlier I think your body position looks about right |
