when u trainning begginers kick trainning how do you make them kick correct or stronger? is anyone give me some advice for it? i usually teach them grab the edge of the pool deck and strong kickick with kick board. is there any other more effective kick trainning? i will appreciate for the reply. thanks |

I make them keep track of the time for a distance. Make them swim a 25 with a board and watch what they come in on, increase pace as they get better at it. Also make sure they are leaving knees and ankles loose all the time for flutter kick. Kick from the front hip flexor. |
