Yes, flexibility at the top. Every top swimmer has got it. Sometimes even more than ballet dancers ! One question about the back kick : should we keep the toes pointed (and they automatically flex due to the water weight) or should we deliberately flex the feet to add power to the forward kick ?

Camy... don't keep the feet too rigid... this should just happen. James, who is the same as Phelps?

Sorry I mean Eric's ankle is really flexible but not that efficient as Phelps' although Eric's ankle is normally flexible but Phelps' ankle is so hypermobile which its impossible to match it
