Swimming Pic of the Week - May 13, 2010

Posted by Glenn Mills on May 13, 2010 09:40AM (3,310 views)

Keeping with our "sequence" type of images, this week it's a butterfly focus with Eric Shanteau.

There are a couple of very important aspects to this sequence... what is the one that strikes you as the MOST important.

Watch for Eric's upcoming DVD, but in the meantime, pick up Misty Hyman's DVD for more great butterfly.

Wow! pic 8 onwards -what flexibility in the the upper back & shoulders. Something I'm missing as a late comer to swimming.
