Back to breast turn? or just a normal backstroke turn that looks a bit odd?

Responded Sep 04, 2009 12:14AM

I think normal backstroke turn, because he is on 90 degrees position and far from the wall.

I think he is practicing kicking on his side, with his top arm up instead of the bottom. That would work on good bodlyline when breathing.

OK... it's from the new Steve Haufler 7 Competitive Turns DVD... and yes, It's a back - breast crossover transition turn. Nice going to those who picked that out. Very sharp eyes. :)

It could be a good drill of the week.
