My first impression is weird... The head position doesn't fit with the shoulder position. Are they 2 swimmers? He's a contortionist !

Just one swimmer.

Is it catchup? focusing on high elbows, rotation and stroke length?

front quadrant freestyle. the other arm is pulling already. the head position is perfect!

Idk, the head looks a little too deep to me.

I love how relaxed her arm and hand are on the recovery, but everything is still under control. Looks beautiful to me.

Relaxed arm recovery...as in Tucker's DVD.

Head positioning looks alright, as does recovery position. It looks like the recovery might be coming in sidearm, though, which isn't necessarily a bad thing for speed. It's just not my thing, as it is rough on the shoulders. I do tend to think that looking a little more downward might be advantageous, but even Phelps has his head tipped upward a bit underwater, so I can't fault that. One thing that does bug me, though, is that the body looks like it drops quite a bit after the shoulders. The spine looks a little zig-zaggy with the head a bit up, the shoulders on point, and the lower torso seeming to drop quite a bit. It'd be lovely to see the rest of that form, but I'd guess that the legs aren't kicking their fair share.
