Unfortunately for me, when something has to give, it's usually my swimming. For me, swimming gets put on the back burner while I'm working, or stressing. While I know logically then 2 hours it's going to take me to drive to the pool, swim, and drive back is GOOD for me, I end up swimming while focusing on the other stuff, and not on my swimming... then I drive to fast, get road rage, and stress more. On days like this, I get to work early, and then throw in some VASA, some sit-ups, and some push-ups. It's how I've learned to balance my stress level, and doing something physical. I think I need a pool in my office. ;) |

When I am stressed out I HAVE to go swimming or at least running. It's the best and only way to let some agression out. As a bonus training makes me tired and I sleep like a baby... A pool in the office.... hm, always though your office IS the pool (even if you're not in there yourself). I rather need an own room in the pool (outside of the water please!). I promise you I'll be getting up 10min before early practice and and will go to bed 10min after evening practice. it will save me a couple of hours driving a day. I hate traffic! I don't even want to think how it will be during the FIFA world cup 2010. |

I've noticed that when I'm swimming on a regular basis I don't have stress. When I get busy and don't notice that I'm not getting laps in, I tend to get really irritable, which then leads me back to the pool. A pool in the office would be heaven! |

Whenever I'm stressed I need to work out. Whether it is from work, personal life, or school when I was a student, I need 30-60 min to be physical and work things out. I always feel better afterward. i don't think I ever enjoyed swimming more then during finals. I'd take a 2+ hour exam then go to the pool and just float around for a bit. It really felt great and enjoyable. |

claro deves nadar pero haciendo series totalmente locas en cuanto a tecnica se refiere a una intensidad baja, asi mismo como intervalos de descanso cortos. |
