There's commitment for you she even wears her cap in the tube. I'm sure it helped cut drag. What fun. Hey I wanted to thank you all for your comments, pics, drills, training tips. I am happy to announce that we won back our conference trophy this last weekend. This is the best web site ever. Being a new head coach I can't tell you how much you all have helped me!!! THANKS AGAIN

This is one of the things I really love about swimming: You can be super serious about it, but it's also real easy to fit in some play!
Also wanted to say I agree with Lori: This site rocks! Thank you so much for all your drills and tips.
Last, but not least: What a cool swimsuit Barbara is wearing! :-)

Thanks for the feedback on the site. Glad you're liking it! The suit was a sale-rack TYR from Masters Nats -- gotta wear stuff like that up here in Vermont to get through the winter :)
