Dolphin Kick and Breaststroke Tether Workout

WARMUP:  800
600 with fins -- mix of dolphin, flutter, free, back

200 easy breaststroke kick, various positions

MAIN SET:  2000
Swim two rounds of the following:

2 X 40 on the tether (20 resisted eggbeater kick + 20 assisted breaststroke)
1 X 40 breaststroke on the tether
1 X 80 breaststroke on the tether
1 X 120 breaststroke on the tether
2 X 20 resisted freestyle on the tether
200 dolphin kick on your back with fins (arms in streamline)
200 dolphin kick on your back with fins (alternate 20 EZ with arms in streamline/20 INTENSE with arms at sides and eyes looking at the feet)
200 dolphin kick with no fins (alternate 20 on your stomach with arms extended/20 on your back with arms in streamline)

WARMDOWN: 200
200 freestyle pull

Total Yardage:  3000
