After a week in the hospital with salmonella poisoning, I'll be happy when I'm allowed to go back in the pool.

Seriously, my goal is to maintain a consistent schedule even when a.) teaching duties get tough towards the end of the semester b.) winter's arrival means that I have to get up hours before the sun and go out in subzero temperatures.

Open national champs. I'm sure I'll reach the finals but 5th place and better would be great :O)

My goal is to see all the athletes I work with reach or exceed the goals they have set for themselves.

My goals for the season is to go to
Zones, and to potentially get a sectional cut, although I am only twelve, and I only know one twelve year old who has ever gone to Sectionals, I will definately shoot for it!

My 2 goals:
a/ help my 7 year old daughter in setting challenging but realistic goals and then support her all the way; from playing cabdriver, through healthy food, to just being there to listen.
b/ help my 4 year old son in his attempts to swim without any supporting stuff. He would just love to show this to his sister.
